Fox News is reporting that some high schools are banning iPods to stop cheating.

Here’s my reaction: Why in the heck were iPods allowed in the classrooms in the first place? It seems to me that the point of school is to listen to what the teacher is teaching. If you’re listening to your iPod, you’re not listening to the teacher.

Might as well not go to school at all. You’d be just as stupid and the school could put a student in the seat who actually cared about education.
