Over at One Man’s Blog, which has no particular focus other than “to educate, enlighten and entertain”, talks about how he’d crack your weak passwords.

He has a top 10 list of passwords he’d use to try to guess. That list covers about 20% of passwords. Then he’d turn to a brute force attack.

The blog entry gives a lot of information about the methods hackers (not the ethical type) use to get to your personal information.

As more and more people get “connected” this is important stuff to know and keep in mind in order to keep your information more secure.
