Yes, the shopping season is once again upon us … officially starting on “Black Friday”, November 24th, 2006.

Many will not go to stores, and will instead choose to shop online … instead participating in Cyber Monday, which is the “Black Friday” of the online world. While stores typically experience a greater number of shoppers on “Black Friday”, the online retailers feel the increased volume on the following Monday. In 2005 it became known as “Cyber Monday”.

For those who are first venturing into this realm (and even for more experienced online shoppers) here are some tips for safer online shopping.
