Why doesn’t she preach in the Catholic Church?
Oh, that’s right … she’s not a priest (or a bishop, or a Catholic for that matter). And neither are/will be the approximately 110 women she says she’s about to ordain.
Now, she says that the Vatican hasn’t made any official statement against her. This year the Diocese of Pittsburgh did comment when she tried to conduct an ordination, and the article noted that she, along with the group of women’s who she’s pretended to confer orders on, had been excommunicated by the Vatican in 2003.
In reality, she was excommunicated by the mere fact of her action. Rome made it official. Since then, there’s been no need for the Vatican to take any additional action, because these women are just running around playing dress-up.
It seems only fitting that this woman speak in radical Protestant churches — churches that would be chastised on doctrinal issues, even by some of their fellow Protestant denominations. These churches where they are speaking support the homosexual lifestyle and gay marriage (among other issues); both of which are forbidden by Scripture, Tradition and the Magisterium.
Just another day of seeing the Scriptures fulfilled …For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own likings, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander into myths.[2 Tim 4:3-4]
