Ok … so what’s going on here?

Update: Bush seals records seized by the FBI.

The FCC declines to investigate the NSA’s access to citizen’s phone records because of the secrecy of the NSA’s work, which they say would make it impossible to conduct an investigation.

And, the FTC lets oil/gas companies off the hook by saying that they found no evidence of price gouging. Must be just “good business”. Interesting that has been on an upward trend since 2000 … the year President Bush took office ..

New White House Press Secretary, Tony Snow, is apparently playing it tight to the vest and getting away with it!

And, it’ll be interesting to see what comes out of the CIA Leak case …

But at least this weekend marks the unofficial start of summer, right?!
