We shouldn’t pay no stinkin’ child support!
Concerned Women for America disapproves of the ‘Abortion Bias’ lawsuit filed by The National Center for Men. Good for them!
I agree that there should not be an “out” for fathers. There also shouldn’t be an “out” for women. Roe v Wade and Doe v Bolton together gave women the option to terminate pregnancy even for the reason that they didn’t want their present lifestyle affected. In an age of “equal rights”, why shouldn’t men have the same option? Speaking purely from a secular humanist perspective … they should. They are only asking for what women have.
The reality is that there is no such thing as “casual sex”. Men AND women who together are responsible for the creation of babies (not to mention God’s work in it all) must be responsible in the care of the child — with abortion not an option.
The Men’s rights group have a point … unfortunately, it is the wrong one.
