Abortion advocates will distort the truth in an attempt to dupe people into support, and outrage at the opposition. In the case above, a woman erroneously commented that Judge Alito’s dissenting opinion in Planned Parenthood v Casey would have required that she get the consent of the husband that abandoned her.

The truth:

1) The law did not require consent; only notification.
2) This woman’s case would have fallen under one of the exceptions written into the law.
