Tuesday at the Synod ….

Cardinal Angelo Sodano, the Vatican Secretary of State, returned to the oft-discussed issue of sharing Communion with non-Catholics. He cautioned against breaking the existing norms, pointing out that “to promote unity with our separated brothers, we must not be divided among ourselves.” Cardinal Sodano continued: “And a sure way to avoid division is faithfulness to the existing discipline of the Church.”
